The affiliate program of Luxus Aroma GmbH enables content creators, influencers and partners to promote our perfumes and receive a 10% commission on every successful order generated through their personal affiliate link.

The commission is automatically recorded and calculated via Shopify Collabs .

❓ How can I become an affiliate?

You can apply in two ways:

You will be activated after a short review.

❓ Is participation free?

✅ Yes. Participation in the affiliate program is 100% free .
There is no registration fee and no hidden costs .

❓ Who can participate in the affiliate program?

The following can participate:

  • Influencer & Content Creator

  • TikTok, Instagram & YouTube Creator

  • Bloggers & Website Operators

  • Affiliate marketer

📌 There is no minimum spend .

❓ How do I get my affiliate link?

After activation, you will automatically receive:

  • your personal affiliate link

  • Access to the Collabs dashboard

  • optional exclusive discount codes & promotions

❓ How does the tracking work?

All clicks and sales are automatically tracked via Shopify Collabs .
Every purchase made through your link will be uniquely attributed to you.

❓ Where can I advertise the products?

You can advertise our products via:

  • TikTok

  • Instagram (Reels, Stories, bio link)

  • YouTube

  • Blogs & Websites

  • WhatsApp, Telegram or newsletter

📣 You are free to choose your channels, as long as the content is reputable and legally compliant.

❓ When will I receive my commission?

  • The commission will be credited after a successful purchase.

  • Payments are made according to the agreed payment cycle.

  • You can see the details at any time in the Collabs dashboard.

❓ Is there a cookie lifespan?

Yes. Orders are attributed to your affiliate link according to the cookie duration defined by Shopify Collabs.

❓ Do I need to take care of shipping or customer service?

❌ No.
Luxus Aroma GmbH takes over:

  • Shipment

  • logistics

  • Customer service

  • Returns processing

❓ Am I allowed to run paid advertising (ads)?

Generally not without prior authorization .
Paid advertisements (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) must be coordinated in advance.

❓ Which products am I allowed to advertise?

You may promote all products that have been approved for you in Shopify Collabs , including:

  • Arabian perfumes

  • Niche & Bestselling Fragrances

  • Limited promotions (if available)

❓ What happens with returns or cancellations?

  • If an order is cancelled or returned, the commission is forfeited.

  • Commissions are only paid for valid, completed orders.

❓ Can my affiliate account be blocked?

Yes, at:

  • misleading advertising

  • Spam marketing

  • Trademark infringements

  • Violation of legal regulations

Luxus Aroma GmbH reserves the right to terminate collaborations at any time.
