Our PAOPAO ESSENTIALS Zykluswohl is a herbal tea blend to support hormonal complaints in the second phase of the cycle (ovulation to menstruation) or during other hormonal changes in your life - such as during menopause. Perfect for those who suffer from issues such as mood swings, sleep problems, breast tenderness, and blemished skin.

Lady's mantle herb stimulates hormone production and supports the natural cycle. Yarrow herb has anti-inflammatory and strengthening properties, which can boost the immune system. Bergamot helps with a positive mood. Shepherd's purse is a classic in women's health and ensures female well-being.

Application

Pour 250 ml of bubbling boiling water (100 degrees) over 1 tablespoon of Zykluswohl herbal tea and let it steep, covered, for about 8 minutes. You can drink 2 to 3 cups of our tea per day. It's best to start right around ovulation or after half the cycle if you don't know exactly when your ovulation is, and drink the tea until your period.

Important! To preserve the active essential oils in the herbs, you should always let the tea steep covered, for example, with a clean kitchen towel.
